If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days. Please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com
We will refund the total amount minus shipping costs. We cannot refund your extra shipping costs for sending it back. We advise you to send it with a tracking code.
We can only refund unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original package. If an item is delivered broken we’ll refund your additional shipping costs and we’ll replace it for a new item.
